Gouldsboro Police Log Week of Oct. 21



GOULDSBORO — The Gouldsboro Police Department’s campaign to halt speeding around town resulted in several warnings being issued by Officer Adam Brackett last week. Several vehicles were stopped and drivers warned on the Pond Road Oct. 13.

The previous day, Brackett responded to a burglar alarm going off at an Island View Road residence. He determined the alarm had been accidentally set off by the homeowner.

Trespassing report

Gouldsboro Chief Patrick McNulty is investigating a trespassing complaint made by a Clinic Road resident Oct. 15.

Home found for kitten

In addition, McNulty responded to a report of an abandoned kitten in the Butterfield Road area Oct. 15. The chief carefully captured the feline and transported it to a loving home in town.
