WINTER HARBOR — Heidi Peters, 24, of Winter Harbor, was arrested March 11 and charged with assault and refusing to submit to arrest after punching a man in the face, police said.
Police said neighbors heard the couple fighting. The man then asked the neighbor to call police, saying he had been assaulted.
Police said when they arrived Peters appeared to be “very intoxicated and very agitated.”
Police said Peters and the man were arguing over a movie and about where the man was going to sleep that night.
