Winter Harbor Police Log Week of Oct. 18

WINTER HARBOR — On Oct. 10, police arrested Leslie Perry Jr. of Milbridge, with assistance from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.

Ppolice said Perry eluded police following a traffic stop for erratic driving. He was charged with driving to endanger, eluding arrest and operating with a revoked license.

Perry also had two outstanding warrants. Bail was set at $3,100 due to unpaid fines.


Jeremy Holmes, 22, of Gouldsboro was arrested on Oct. 6 for an active warrant.

Police arrested him exiting a boat he was working on. Holmes was taken to Hancock County Jail.

Matthew Bickford, 37, of Winter Harbor was arrested on Oct. 6 when it was discovered he had several active warrants. Bickford was transported to Hancock County Jail.

Agency assist

On Oct. 13, police assisted Maine State Police with a possible overdose by an individual on Taunton Drive in Sullivan.

Police helped secure the scene while medics performed CPR. The man was taken to Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital in Ellsworth.
