Winter Harbor Police Log Week of Feb. 14

WINTER HARBOR — On Jan. 26, police conducted a traffic stop on South Gouldsboro Road for a vehicle with expired registration.

During the course of the stop the driver, Nathaniel Eaton, 25, of Blue Hill, informed the officer that he was on bail. The officer ran his name and found two warrants for his arrest.

Eaton was placed into custody and transported to the Hancock County Jail.

Disturbance at residence

On Feb. 1, police assisted Maine State Police at a residence on the Track Road in Sullivan. It was reported that a young man was causing a disturbance at the residence.

The man was placed into custody following a brief struggle.

Traffic complaint

On Feb. 6, police responded to a citizen traffic complaint at the complainant’s residence on South Gouldsboro Road. The incident was investigated and determined to be a misunderstanding.

Residence check

On Feb. 7, police responded to a request to check on a residence on Jordan Harbor Road. Police were advised that there was a civil issue taking place between two individuals at the residence.
