Winter Harbor Police Log Week of Dec. 6



WINTER HARBOR On Nov. 27, police responded to a domestic disturbance on Spruce Lane.

Casey Meyers, 38, of Winter Harbor was summoned on a charge of assault.

On Nov. 26, police were called to assist Maine State Police with a domestic dispute on East Schoodic Drive in Birch Harbor. Police cleared the scene.

On Nov. 30, police were called to assist Maine State Police with a family dispute in Sullivan. Upon arrival, the scene was considered stable and state police released the responding officers from the scene.

Suspicious vehicle

On Nov. 19, police were called to assist the Maine Warden Service and investigate a suspicious vehicle parked on the gravel section of the Grand Marsh Bay Road in Gouldsboro.

When police arrived on location, the vehicle was no longer there.

Assistance call

On Nov. 28, a police officer returning from Ellsworth responded to a report of a man who had possibly been struck by a vehicle on Route 182 in Hancock.

It was determined that the man was fine. He had been dragging a wooden pallet home and had laid down to rest on the side of the road.
