Milbridge man killed in Steuben accident

STEUBEN — A Milbridge man died Friday night in a car accident in Steuben, according to police.

Joshua Dube, 20, was a passenger in a car that went off Dyer’s Bay Road around 10:15 p.m., according to a press release from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Dube died at the scene of the crash.

The other occupants of the vehicle, James Jordan, 20, of Ellsworth, and Joshua Bradley, 21, were injured in the crash. They were both transported to Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital in Ellsworth. Bradley’s residence was unavailable as of Sunday.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, according to the sheriff’s office. Maine State Police and the Steuben Fire Department also responded and assisted the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at the crash scene.
