ORLAND — A Medway man was arrested Saturday after state troopers found about 10 grams of suspected heroin/Fentanyl and a substantial amount of cash in his vehicle.
Trooper Dana Austin responded to Orland April 13 for a report of a man who had passed out behind the wheel.
