ELLSWORTH — The Maine State Police charged three motorists with impaired driving during the past week.
A complaint about a vehicle operating erratically in Sullivan on Saturday led to one of the arrests.
Trooper Blaine Silk stopped the vehicle and after an investigation arrested Thomas Davis, 49, of Trenton on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. Davis refused to give a breath sample, police said. Trooper Travis Chapman assisted.
Trooper Owen Reed arrested Jeremy Robbins, 34, of Blue Hill on a charge of OUI after a traffic stop in Deer Isle May 7.
Reed arrested Haley Brewer, 25, of Deer Isle on a charge of OUI after Brewer crashed her vehicle in Deer Isle May 7, police said. Trooper Caleb McGary assisted.
Summons
Edward Libby, 31, of Exeter was summoned on a charge of operating after suspension on Route 1A in Dedham May 5.
