Maine State Police Log Week of June 25



ELLSWORTH — The Maine State Police are investigating the possible shooting of a window at a Lamoine residence that was reported Friday.

“The window was broken but there was no bullet or other evidence found on scene,” police said. Trooper Travis Chapman is investigating.

Arrests

Trooper Jeffrey Taylor arrested Melinda Smith, 62, of Machias on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant after a traffic complaint Saturday.

Sgt. Jeff Ingemi arrested Molly Erickson, 40, of Machiasport on a charge of OUI after a traffic stop in Marshfield Saturday.

Summonses

Trooper Caleb McGary summoned Holly McGregor, 42, of Connecticut on a charge of operating after suspension in Ellsworth June 17.

Matthew Davis, 49, of Pennsylvania was summoned on a charge of criminal speed after a traffic stop in Amherst Saturday. McGary said Davis was allegedly traveling 89 miles per hour in a 50-mph zone.
