ELLSWORTH — A motorist was arrested Sunday after the Maine State Police investigated a crash in Crawford.
Trooper Keith York and Sgt. Jeff Ingemi arrested Shannon McArthur, 31, of Crawford on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. McArthur also was summoned on a charge of failure to report an accident by quickest means.
“McArthur was uncooperative and refused an alcohol test,” police said.
Trooper Jeff Taylor and a local animal control officer assisted.
Vandalism
Trooper Gavin Endre is investigating an incident in which a rear window was broken out of a vehicle during the overnight hours of Feb. 13 in Trenton.
