Maine State Police Log-Washington County Week of May 16

MACHIAS — The Maine State Police arrested a motorist who was reportedly impaired and traveling 101 miles per hour in a 55-mile-per hour zone May 6 in Beddington.

Sgt. Jeff Ingemi arrested Corey Williams, 43, of Talmadge on charges of criminal speed and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.

Trooper David Barnard summoned a motorist after a crash on Route 1 in Brockton Saturday.

Barnard summoned Jared Patane, 29, of Machias on a charge of attaching false plates.

Trooper Caleb McGary summoned Jacob Aitken, 24, of Florida on a charge of operating after suspension Sunday in Harrington.
