Taylor summoned a passenger, Isaac Davis, 20, of Sullivan, on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.

Drug charges

A stop of a vehicle missing an inspection sticker June 10 led to drug charges for a Machiasport man.

Trooper Blaine Silk summoned Taylor Rigel, 18, on charges of illegal transportation of drugs by a minor (marijuana) and furnishing drugs (marijuana) to a juvenile passenger in the vehicle.

Trooper Keith York arrested Carl Hatch, 65, of Lubec on a charge of violating conditions of his release. Hatch has bail conditions that forbid the use or possession of alcohol. “A search of his residence in Lubec revealed he had been consuming alcohol,” York said. Sgt. Jeff Ingemi assisted.
