ELLSWORTH — Two vehicles collided on Route 182 in Hancock Friday after the driver of one vehicle failed to see the other signal a left turn into a driveway and tried to pass the turning vehicle on the left, Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies reported.
Wendy Loucks, 44, of Hancock was driving east in a 2005 Chevrolet and had been slowing to turn when she collided with a 2006 Pontiac operated by Chelsey Baker, 21, of Harrington, police reported.
Police estimated $4,000 in damage to the Pontiac and $2,500 for the Chevrolet.
A Sullivan resident reported 132 gallons of fuel missing from her fuel tank Monday.
Joshua L. Ryerson, 27, Eddington, turned himself in on a warrant failure to appear.
