GOULDSBORO — On Feb. 16, police received a report of a domestic situation on Kelley Lane.
Upon arrival it was determined to be a verbal argument and no charges were filed, however as a result of the call, Katelynn Wallace, 21, was arrested on two active warrants.
On Feb. 21, Eben Moss, 34, of Winter Harbor was arrested on a warrant for violation of a protection order at MCs Market in Birch Harbor.
Theft
On Feb. 19, police received a complaint of a theft of $100 from Young’s Market. An investigation is ongoing.
Motor vehicle complaint
On Feb. 14, police handled a motor vehicle complaint on Route 1.
The operator of the vehicle was issued a violations summons and complaint for following too close. After talking with the complainant, it was determined that the case needed to be transferred to the District Attorney’s Office to determine further action.
Assistance
On Feb. 15, police and the Gouldsboro and Winter Harbor Fire Department assisted with an RSU 24 school bus that slid off the road on Route 1.
On Feb. 22, police assisted a disabled box truck on Route 1. The responding officer used his emergency lights to slow down traffic in the area until a tow truck arrived.
