BUCKSPORT — A Bucksport mother called police Jan. 22 for help in dealing with her son, who has been “squatting” in her garage.
Police advised the woman she must formally evict her son to remove him from her home.
Sgt. Dave Winchester explained that even in cases where no money has changed hands, property owners have to go through the civil process if whoever was allowed to stay won’t leave the property.
Officer Chris Woodman arrested Timothy Cluney, 27, of Bucksport on a charge of bail violation Friday.
Shawn Courchene, 43, of Bucksport turned himself in on a warrant Jan. 22.
A woman reported Jan. 22 that dogs had been sitting in their feces all day in kennels. However, Animal Control Officer Dan Joy said the complaint was unfounded.
A woman called for police and an ambulance for her grandson, 17, whom she said was suicidal Jan. 24. Bucksport Ambulance took the young man to a hospital for an evaluation.
Woodman summoned Santana Robbins, 25, of Bucksport on a charge of operating after suspension Friday.
Police summoned Amanda Gray, 36, of Bucksport on a charge of operating without a license on Williams Pond Road Sunday.
