Bucksport Police Log Week of Sept. 17

BUCKSPORT — Police charged three motorists with driving while using a cell phone and warned others about the conduct last week.

The following were summoned on one charge each of driving while using a cell phone: William Dressel, 35, of Lamoine; Katie Carter, 33, of Blue Hill; Becky Irwin, 60, of Gouldsboro.

Deputy Chief David Winchester charged Felicia M. Boudreau, 24, of Orland with unlawful drug possession Friday.


Sgt. Darrin Moody arrested John Harvey, 34, of Bucksport on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant Sept. 10. Moody summoned Zachary Gellerson, 30, of Orland on a charge of violating conditions of his release in the same incident.

Animal problems

A woman reported a kitten running in the road Sept. 10.

Property disposal

A resident turned in an old pistol Friday.
