BUCKSPORT — Officers are investigating a theft of a firearm, which was taken from a vehicle parked on Central Street Feb. 7, Sgt. David Winchester said.
The firearm is a handgun valued at $360.
Arrests
Police arrested two motorists for impaired driving over the weekend.
On Main Street Sunday, Officer Chris Woodman arrested Tiffany Rideout, 26, of Winterport on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.
Rideout’s passenger, Kody Clifford, 25, of Winterport, was charged with bail violation.
On Friday, police arrested Corey Brazier, 49, of Bangor on charges of OUI, operating after suspension and bail violation. Brazier was released from the station.
