Woodshop rebuild approved

BAR HARBOR — R.L. White and Sons woodworkers have all they need from the town to go ahead with rebuilding the storage and assembly shop that burned in a fire just over one year ago.

The $195,000 project was approved by the planning board on Oct. 9. Code enforcement officer Angela Chamberlain issued a building permit the same day.

The new structure will be located 27 feet east of the old one. The new building will be 9,140-square-feet in size.
