Screen printing business opens in Blue Hill

Di Woods (left), her daughter-in-law Deb and granddaughter Ashley are ready to fulfill your printing and gift needs.

BLUE HILL — A Blue Hill family has opened Blue Hill Screen Printing Custom Gift Shop in the former Downeast Fishing Gear location at 531 Ellsworth Road.

Di Woods, her son Fred and his wife, Deb, opened the shop in May.

Whether it’s fleece, canvas bags or aprons, they can print your image on any type of fabric. Or if you want Blue Hill Screen Printing to create a design for you, the first hour of design services is free.

They also offer dye-sublimation printing, so any image, even a photograph or design, can be placed on a mug, glass, pen, mouse pad or other item.

The shop also has gift items and because Fred has a sod business, customers also can buy ferns and a few other plants at the shop.

Hours are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Telephone: 374-9900.
