Camden National Raffles Benefit Customers, Community

CAMDEN — Camden National Bank has been holding Community Banking Day events across the state to celebrate its history as an independent, Maine-based community bank, and to honor and thank the customers and communities that it serves.

During these celebrations, each branch holds a raffle for a $100 gift card to the Maine-based business of the winner’s choice. In addition, each winner has the opportunity to select a Maine-based charity to which Camden National will make a matching $100 donation.

The following is the list of local winners:

• Bar Harbor winner Stephen Wagner selected a $100 gift card to Red Sky and donated $100 to Share the Harvest.

• Blue Hill winner Cyril Hannon selected a $100 gift card to Blue Hill Wine Shop and donated $100 to the Marine Environmental Research Institute.

• Castine winner Kathy Lanpher selected a $100 gift card to Renys and donated $100 to Eastern Maine Cancer Center.

• Ellsworth winner Larry Beal selected a $100 gift card to The Mex and donated $100 to the SPCA of Hancock County.

• Ellsworth Plaza winner Paula Colwell selected a $100 gift card to Curtis Shoe and donated $100 to Christmas is for Kids.

• Jonesport winner Johnny Faulkingham selected a $100 gift card to 44 Degrees North Restaurant & Pub and donated $100 to Moosabec Ambulance Service.

• Milbridge winner Allegra Willey selected a $100 gift card to Elmer’s Discount Store and donated $100 to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center.

• Stonington winner Annette Babcock selected a $100 gift card to Surry Gardens and donated $100 to The Ark Animal Shelter.

• Town Hill winner Lori Corbani selected a $100 gift card to Mother’s Kitchen and donated $100 to the Town Hill (West Eden) Village Improvement Society.
