Bucksport Police log week of September 22



BUCKSPORT — Concerned citizens called the Police Department Sept. 11 to report seeing a skunk with a cup on its head. There was no word on the outcome.

In related matters, a pit bull took off with a chicken on Sept. 14.

Impaired operation

Officer Ryan Welch summoned Alexa Oliver, 33, of Damariscotta on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant Sept. 11.

Summonses

Heather Davis, 42, of Deer Isle was summoned on a charge of violating conditions of release and furnishing drugs on Route 1 Sept. 12.

Deputy Police Chief David Winchester summoned Naomi Thomas, 33, of Frankfort on charges of bail violation and drug possession Sept. 15.

Civil problems

A tenant called to report the landlord had the fuel tank removed from the property Sept. 14.

On Sept. 15, a landlord called police for information about receiving a bad check from a tenant.

Protection order violation suspected

A woman reported that her ex slashed her tires and violated a protection order Sept. 15.
