BUCKSPORT — A property owner called police to report her surveillance system had captured a woman in her yard taking a photo with a cell phone sometime before 8 a.m. on Sept. 15.
An 11-year-old student in the fifth grade was in possession of a vape pen that had a substance containing marijuana at school last Friday, said Deputy Chief David Winchester. School Resource Officer Chris McCrillis handled the matter at the school, Winchester said.
Officer Ryan Welch arrested Stephen M. Larrabee, 47, of Brooks on charges of bail violation and operating after suspension Sept. 17.
Also on Sept. 17, Welch arrested Charles Savage, 40, of Enfield on one count of bail violation and two counts of felony drug possession.
In the same incident, Darrin Cail, 37, of Passadumkeag was arrested on charges of operating after suspension, bail violation, a warrant and two counts of misdemeanor drug possession.
Winchester said the two had methamphetamine and heroin.
Shane Meierdirk, 18, of Orrington was summoned on a charge of speeding Sept. 16, police said.
