Bucksport Police log week of March 3

BUCKSPORT — Officers provided an escort through town for the Bucksport High School wrestling team after the team competed in a state tournament Feb. 21.

Impaired operation

Hannah Kovash, 38, of Lexington, Ky., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant by Officer Matt Schmidt Feb. 18.

Officer Robert Findlay charged Brandon Atwood, 33, of Bucksport with OUI Feb. 23.

More alcohol offenses

Officer Ryan Welch summoned two youths on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by consumption Feb. 19.

Summonses

Officer Gerald Lowe summoned Matthew Cote, 35, of Bucksport on a charge of operating after suspension Feb. 20.

Marshall Harriman, 31, of Bucksport was summoned on a charge of improper use of cell phone Feb. 20.

Officer Kayla Brooks summoned Carlos David, 25, of Bucksport on a charge of operating after suspension Feb. 21.

Meredith Bradshaw Thomas, 21, of Penobscot was summoned on charges of improper cell phone use and imprudent speed Feb. 22.

Eric Davis, 27, of Bucksport was cited on a charge of speeding Feb. 26.
