David Jones, 26, of Bronx, N.Y., was arrested on charges of aggravated heroin trafficking and violating conditions of his release.

McCausland said Jones was on pre-conviction bail as a result of an Aug. 3 arrest in Machiasport on a charge unlawful cocaine trafficking.

Jones is being held without bail at the Penobscot County Jail.

Also arrested was Chuckie Langley, 32, of New York, N.Y., on charges of aggravated heroin trafficking and unlawful cocaine base possession.

Langley is on parole from New York after serving eight years for attempted murder, McCausland said. Langley is also being held without bail.

Police also arrested Holly Inman, 41, of Machias on one count of aggravated heroin trafficking. Inman was also charged with operating after suspension. Inman’s bail was set at $35,000 cash, McCausland said.
