The Mexican Restaurant proprietor Doris Escalante and Gouldsboro resident Irene Cortese are teaming up to offer a Mexican cooking class starting at 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 12. The class will focus on preparation of Mexican stuffed peppers (chile rellenos). For $15 per person, participants will prepare the dish and then eat their creation at the Route 1 restaurant in Hancock. To participate, call Doris in advance at 422-6200.
