WINTER HARBOR — Annette Willey, 47, was arrested Feb. 14 on a charge of aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend in the arm with a paring knife, police said.

Police said Willey and her boyfriend were intoxicated and arguing before the event.
