Feb. 24

Gardiner Crabtree, 65, Hancock, operating after suspension (OAS), illegal attachment of license plates, bail violation.

Feb. 23

Anderson Flach, 21, Tremont, bail violation.

Casey Henderson, 40, Trenton, assault, disorderly conduct, criminal threatening, bailed.

Russell Merchant, 52, Tremont, domestic violence assault.

Sean Somers, 27, Holden, failure to appear in court (FTA), bailed.

Feb. 22

JohnMichael Boucar, 25, Sullivan, sentenced to two days in jail for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct.

Ryan Cilley, 38 Ellsworth, bail violation, bailed.

Michael Clark Jr., 27, Bucksport, sentenced to 10 days in jail for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Daren Cross, 34, Bar Harbor, sentenced to 48 hours in jail for driving to endanger, refusing to submit to arrest.

George Gray, 46, Blue Hill, sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison for burglary, theft.

Sidney Griffin Jr., 43, Franklin, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, OAS, bail violation, bailed.

David Lizotte, 34, Bangor, sentenced to seven days in jail for domestic violence assault, assault.

Michael Pierce, 55, Lamoine, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, bailed.

Steven Roberson, 34, Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Keith Smith, 53, Ellsworth, sentenced to seven days in jail for criminal invasion of a computer.

Feb. 21

Paul Allen, 36, Cranberry Isles, hold for Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.

Clifton Smith Jr., 43, Rockledge, Fla., disorderly conduct, criminal mischief.

Michael Tardiff, 52, Old Town, hold for Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.

Laura Winchenbach, 32, Ellsworth, sentenced to six months in jail for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, being a habitual motor vehicle offender.

Feb. 20

Justin Frye, 26, Ellsworth, sentenced to seven days in jail for operating while under the influence, OAS.

Scott Hutchinson, 40, Deer Isle, domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, bailed.

Eric Snow, 44, Orland, domestic violence terrorizing.

Feb. 19

David Briggs Jr., 30, Ellsworth, OAS, FTA, bail violation, bailed.
