    AUGUSTA — A Calais pediatrician has agreed to pay a $1,000 fine after obtaining a license under false pretenses, according to state officials.     ELLSWORTH — Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for the driver of a white Honda Accord that drove off after hitting a skateboarder on Mill Street in Blue Hill Saturday. Deputy Ben Astbury said Austin Carver, 21, suffered scrapes and abrasions on his lower back, elbows and hands but declined medical treatment at the scene.
